Our Mission

At Conquering Every Obstacle, Inc., our mission is to empower the youth of today to become the leaders of tomorrow. We believe that with the right mentorship and support, every young person can overcome obstacles and achieve their dreams.

Our youth mentoring program is designed to foster life skills to help young people overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

    At Conquering Every Obstacle, Inc, we strive to improve the lives of youth by providing structured mentorship opportunities that inspire confidence, build resilience, and encourage lifelong success. Through meaningful relationships with caring mentors, youth will develop the skills and mindset needed to conquer every obstacle in life, become the CEO of their life!

    EmpowerU, a part of CEO is a year long is a year-long mentoring initiative designed to support youth ages 10–18 in academic achievement, personal development, social-emotional learning, and career exploration. The program uses a developmental mentoring model, focusing on building a strong, trusting relationship between mentors and mentees through structured activities, skill-building, and guided discussions.
